83T60-RSE Regional Tactical Communication and Data Exchange System

83Т60-RSE Regional Tactical Communication and Data Exchange System (83Т60-RSE system) is designed for distribution and transmission of information on combat management of forces and armies. The system also ensures information exchange between Navy’s ACS regional network users.

83Т60-RSE system includes:

1. Communication planning and management group that provides:

  • readiness and application planning of the system, communication networks and means, as well as their management;
  • data exchange;
  • key data generation, input and distribution;
  • control of operation of all system components;
  • data, software and hardware protection.

2. Data transmission equipment that provides:

  • interface with PSTN telephone systems, conventional channels and network paths of satellite, cable (fiber-optic), radio link communication, as well as HF and Teraherz-VHF radio communication;
  • cryptographic protection and protection against false data entry when receiving and transmitting data;
  • information protection against faults in communication channels;
  • dynamic and static data packet routing based on urgency, importance (priority) and relation between the components of the Regional Tactical Communication and Data Exchange System.

3. Fault-tolerant data transmission server that provides:

  • network-to-network data switching;
  • joint addressing of users;
  • all-type information exchange via conventional channels and network paths of satellite, cable (fiber-optic), radio link communication, as well as HF and Teraherz-VHF radio communication;
  • technical and data interface with operational, tactical and command centres, as well as with data transmission equipment;
  • link aggregation to form a uniform data track in order to increase user and internetwork connections capacity and reliability;
  • message storage for users connected via switched telephone network; further message output for a connected user;
  • storage of particularly important preformatted messages in databases to ensure user data restoration;
  • data, software and hardware protection.
