From 4 to 5 of August 2014 Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC participates in the exhibition “Russian Federation Ministry of Defence Innovation Day”.
Concern together with its partners – Rubin Central Design Bureau for Marine Engineering JSC, State Marine Technical University of Saint Petersburg, Rybinskaya Verf CJSC, Radar MMS Scientific and Production Enterprise JSC, NPP PT Oceanos JSC, Marine Hydrophysical Institute of Sevastopol and Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences – presents not the conventional exposition of production in the field of Combat Management Systems but the exposition of advanced marine robotic systems. While according to exhibition format the main focus is on robotic systems of military application Concern exposition also features virtual unlimited application capabilities of marine and submersible robotic systems for search-and-rescue, security, scientific and research applications, as well as for support of energy industry enterprises working in both ocean and sea. Marine robotic systems exhibited within the scope of our exposition are designed to perform such tasks as detection of non-static underwater objects, their positioning, guard missions for sea areas of interest, search and inspection of sunken objects, online monitoring of sea areas, wide range of hydrographic surveys and search for mineral and biological resources. Furthermore, the robotics development is considered to be a milestone part of innovation-driven economics enabling a country to change for a new technology development level. According to Georgy Antsev, Concern General Director – Chief Designer, – “Development of robotic systems in present Russian Federation both can and should consolidate science and production being the seed corn of innovative path of our country industry and economics development.”
