Representatives of Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC have participated in International Air Transport Forum 2014

From August 14th to August 16th the International Air Transport Forum (IATF) is held in Russia for the third time. The IATF brings the biggest Russian and foreign companies and specialists working in the aviation domain, as well as representatives of state authorities and public organizations together.

Georgy Antsev, General Director – Chief Designer of Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC, and Vladimir Maklaev, General Director of Concern’s affiliate – the Federal Research and Production Center RPA Mars JSC located in Ulyanovsk, – took part in the course of the Forum’s work.

This year in the frame of the IATF the International Congress is held. The representatives of Concern are claimed to participate in several conferences covering such significant industry issues as “Ilyushin IL-76: the Past, the Present and the Future”, “Advanced Aircraft Engineering Technologies”, and “Human Resources for Aviation Industry - the Best Experience Ever”.

Moreover, in the frame of the IATF the participants plan to discuss the realization perspectives of the project on components manufacturing for Ilyushin IL-76MD-90A promising civil aircraft at the production premises of another Concern’s affiliate in Ulyanovsk – Kometa JSC. The key participants in this perspective production cooperation project will be Aviastar-SP LLC, RPA Mars JSC, and Kometa JSC. Provided that the project is successful, all the three entities from Ulyanovsk can become a backbone of the future Russian Transport Aircraft Engineering Centre which is also planned to be discussed at the IATF-2014.

“Concern possesses a main and fairly not bad stock of orders in the sphere of the Navy forces and equipment automatization, as well as development of maritime high-precision weapons and systems. In addition, we consider potential growth in the development of aircraft aspect as well”, added Georgy Antsev.
