«Morinsys-Agat-KIP» JSC Innovative Proposal for Aquaculture Industry

«Morinsys-Agat-KIP» JSC, subsidiary company of the «Concern «Morinsys Agat» JSC, has developed comprehensive innovative proposal for the development of Russian aquaculture industry – multipurpose control system «MSK-Aqua».

«MSK-Aqua», proprietary designed by «Morinsys-Agat-KIP» JSC, can be applied in both large fishing industries and small private farms specialized in cultivating aquatic organisms.

Sophisticated «MSK-Aqua» system is a perfect solution for comprehensive control and automation of technical process at aquaculture facilities. The system is designated for measurement and control of wide range physical characteristics of technical process (temperature and water flow, oxygenation, hazardous substances and waste product, etc.).

«MSK-Aqua» system together with specially configured software allows to remotely control (from PC or mobile devices) the values of more than 30 sensors at more than 300 measuring channels. High level of integration allows to connect with third parties’ sensors thus extending system’s range of use.

«MSK-Aqua» system was developed several years ago replacing «SAKT» system (Ukraine). After several modernizations, eight versions of the system have been developed for solving a number of challenges within civil industry. The most promising direction of the «MSK-Aqua» system to be fishing, agricultural and food industries as well as housing and utilities sector. Alongside mentioned above functions, «MSK-Aqua» system is able to control the quality and quantity of energy resources fed to houses, provides building safety due to access control, fire safety and gas leak control.

Enterprises Integrated in «Concern «Morinsys-Agat» JSC Structure Expand the Competences in Fishing Industry

On Oct. 17, 2017, Civil Production Development and Innovation Department of «Concern «Morinsys-Agat» JSC has organized a meeting on manufacturing process management of civil production for fishing industry held at «AKIN» JSC site. Almost all subsidiaries and affiliated companies have taken part in the meeting as well as video conference with one of the Concern’s subsidiary – Far Eastern company «Izumrud» JSC- has been held.

During the meeting, held under the direction of the Head of Civil Production Development and Innovation Department at «Concern «Morinsys-Agat» JSC, Mr. Stanislav Anatolyevich Chuy, the following issues were discussed: establishment and promotion of the Concern’s companies production for the benefit of Federal Agency for Fishery, scope of supply for fishing fleet and equipment for aquaculture cultivation.

Manufacturing of rival products that satisfy rapidly rising demand within this sector can significantly accelerate the Concern’s plans on increasing the share of civil production. Nowadays imported equipment operated on fishing vessels amounts to around 60-70%. Challenge to decrease this amount would provide good prospects for the Concern’s companies to take a part in building a variety of vessels as hull ancillary equipment and special purpose systems supplier. However, in order to achieve success in the field it is necessary to allocate in due time corresponding scope of duties.

In order to meet these challenges, the representatives of subsidiary and affiliated companies were given opportunity to discuss their proposals and deliver presentations within panel discussion. General Director of CSRI Kurs JSC, Mr. Victor Victorovich Khanychev, delivered proposals on galley equipment, developed and manufactured within Federal Targeted Programme «Development of civil marine technologies», its appliance at fishing vessels and cold storage facilities for fish processing, as well as proposals on food storage spaces and equipment for holds cooling. Particular emphasis was addressed to the presentation of fast-freezing equipment for fish storage and processing based on the most advanced resource-saving and environmental friendly technologies with phase change coolant («slurry ice»), approved and recommended by the Federal Agency for Fishery and «United Shipbuilding Corporation» JSC to implement in fishing fleet vessels and land-based refrigeration systems.

Representative at Design Bureau «Ametist» JSC, Mr. Dmitriy Alexandrovich Furletov, presented development concept of navigational radars designated for installation on vessels of various gross register tonnage and low displacement vessels, boats and motorboats.

Proposals on aquaculture industries have been also discussed. General Director-Chief Research Officer at «AKIN» JSC, Mr. Alexey Victorovich Gladilin, and commercial director at «SRI Atoll» JSC, Mr. Maxim Nikolaevich Shmatkov, proposed several security organization models for aquatic organisms cultivating plants. Natural and artificial reservoirs as well as specially made underwater plantations for cultivating fish, shellfish, mollusks and seaweed can be protected by combination of fixed sonar stations, borderline sonar stations, remotely operated unmanned undersea vehicles, radar optoelectronic systems for sea surface control, and flightless warning facilities.

FRPC RPA «Mars» JSC has proposed its scope of duties on automation of control facilities management process as well as situational data acquisition and processing.

Measurement and control equipment can attract strong interest of aquaculture enterprises according to chief designer at «Morinsys-Agat-KIP» JSC, Mr. Alexey Vyacheslavovich Solovyov. The equipment include advanced multipurpose control system «MSK-Aqua» designated for measurement and control of wide range physical characteristics of technical process (temperature and water flow, oxygenation, hazardous substances and waste product, etc.) within fishing industry.

Conference participants have also discussed and approved proposal to commercialize the robotic marine bioresources search systems developed by «CSRI Kurs» JSC and «Izumrud» JSC at civil market and conduct rescue operations «Person overboard» for fishing vessels.

Head of Technical Research Center, Mr. Victor Evgenyevich Ryazantsev, has told about Concern’s developments designated for fish-processing industry as food autoclaves and its control systems.

Technological capabilities of integrated structure and cooperation with leading research institutes of canned food industry and manufacturers of food equipment makes the Concern to act as parent enterprise in establishment of modern canning lines at factory-ships and coastal fish-processing companies.

The meeting has demonstrated Concern’s availability of wide range unique competences in fishing industry that certainly will effect on Civil Production Development and Innovation Department activities and particularly improve products promotion.

Russian innovative solutions at the Vibrant Gujarat summit in India

A project of water-side protection of marine and littoral facilities was of a particular interest of Indian representatives

Indian politicians and businessmen showed interest in Russian innovative technologies that Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC presented at the Vibrant Gujarat summit held from 10 to 13 January, 2017 in Gandhinagar (Gujarat, India).

A project of water-side protection of marine and littoral facilities was of a particular interest of Indian representatives. For the state with the longest coastline in the country with more than 40 ports including the only liquid chemical bulk terminal there is much concern about the critical coastal facilities protection. The basis of the protective complex presented by Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC are unique unparalleled means of sonar protection that can not only determine the intruders whether it is boats, crafts, underwater vehicle or divers but also influence them in case of refusal to leave the protected area.

During the summit, Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC and its strategic partners

Taking into consideration the plans of Indian government on construction of several liquid and natural gas terminals, the Concern’s project on creation of robotic stations for marine infrastructure objects has good realization prospects. Information control complex that is currently being developed ensures joint group application of various robot types and is going to become the main objective of the project.

During the summit, Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC and its strategic partners (NPP Radar MMS JSC and Alekseev’s Design Bureau JSC) have presented joint project on deployment of intellectual traffic flow control system in Gujarat that includes highways, railways, sea and river transport routs. The system allows optimizing the state logistics network, ensures safety and traffic flow intellectual regulation with taking into consideration load and demands of the state.
